Structurally resembling M1T and superdrol, methylsten is a DHT-derivative that is dimethylated at C-2 and C-17 (like superdrol) and has a 1-en (like methyl-1-test). Their new pre-workout supplement Kranked will knock your socks off!! This stuff is one of the strongest pre workout supplements I have taken in a while. This high power octane even taste good.


The pump was amazing while using this supplement. It took about 15 min. to kick in but once is did my shoulders were so pumped I could barely move them at the end of my workout.

Air Squats to shape your quads and glutes

If you are looking to shape your quads and glutes without gaining size in your legs Air squats are the way to go. Air squats are not only great for shaping the legs they also help increase cardiovascular conditioning. Air squats work best when used with other exercises such as Jumping jacks or lunges.

Before you complete any of these exercises it’s very important to stretch the legs really good before you begin. You may also want to stretch the hips as well to increase flexibility so you can get below parallel when performing your squats.

When performing an air squat its important to keep your back flat and drop your butt first on the way down. If you slump over on the way down you may end up hurting your back.

Ok week one:

10 min of stretching

100 air squats break it up into as many sets as you need to but make sure to hit the 100 mark. I like to time myself to help push a little harder the next time around.
